Upright may reserves the right to terminate Your Account and subscription by providing notice, in accordance with this Agreement, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of such Subscription Term.

In order to manually cancel your subscription, locate the email you received upon purchasing the subscription titled “Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Upright Tech” There you will find a link titled “Manage Subscription”. In this page, you will be able to cancel your subscription. Your Account will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation. You agree that termination or cancellation will not relieve you of any obligation to pay any accrued charges, unless otherwise stated above. You shall be charged the full amount of the fee for the month in which our Services were terminated. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of the Services.
