UPRIGHT “Try Before You Buy” Terms and Conditions
UPRIGHT “Try Before You Buy” offer allows you to experience the UPRIGHT GO 2™ for 14 days before deciding if you wish to purchase it. The 14-day tryout period begins once you place your order.
You will receive a tracking number to the email provided within 2 business days. Please allow between 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. In the rare event that shipping is delayed beyond 7 business days, we will extend your trial period.
During the trial period, if you decide that you do not want to keep the device, then here is what you need to do: (1) Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us that you want to return it, and request a prepaid shipping label. (2) Download and print the shipping label, which is valid for 14 days, and send the item back to us. (3) IMPORTANT: Email us the tracking number from your shipping label, once the item has been put in the mail.
If you complete these steps during the "Try Before You Buy" trial period, then you will not be charged. However, if you do not take action during the trial period, then you will be charged for your purchase and will need to request a refund under our standard return policy.
UPRIGHT commits to replacing your device in case of a hardware malfunction within 1 year of purchase. For help, please contact our support at email@example.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
