UPRIGHT “Try Before You Buy” Terms and Conditions
UPRIGHT “Try Before You Buy” offer allows you to experience the UPRIGHT GO 2™ for 14 days before deciding if you wish to purchase it. The 14-day tryout period begins once you place your order.
You will receive a tracking number to the email provided within 2 business days. Please allow between 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. In the rare event that shipping is delayed beyond 7 business days, we will extend your trial period.
During the trial period, if you decide that you do not want to keep the device, you may request a return by completing the returns form. Once you have done this, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label that is valid for 14 days. Simpy print the shipping label, attach it to your package, and mail it back to us.
If you request a return within the 14-day trial period, which started when you placed your order, you will not be charged. Requests received after the trial period has ended are subject to our standard return policy.
UPRIGHT commits to replacing your device in case of a hardware malfunction within 1 year of purchase. For help, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
